Move Preparation - Sorting, Labeling, and Packing services.  We also provide Space Planning so you will know exactly how your furniture will fit in your new home, and Barrier Free design. 

Property Distribution - we can help you decide which items should be sent out for auction, consignment, or charity, and which will be gifts to family and friends.

Prepare Home for Sale - we can assist with Staging your home and we can represent you in the Sales Transaction.

Move Day Support - oversee movers, unpack and see that all possessions and furnishing are arranged so that our client feels "at home", and remove/recycle all packing materials.

Cost and Fees:  We charge on an hourly basis.  It is almost impossible for me to quote a price without actually seeing your home and what you need to move.
