Linda Hammond, owner of Bay Area Move Management and Boomers-On-The-Move, is a licensed Realtor specializing in residential property in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Linda and her husband, Cris, have lived in Sausalito, California for nearly 30 years.  They have two grown daughters, and a 3 year old grandson. 

Linda became interested in Move Management when she and her husband moved from their 3 story home, to a smaller, but more manageable, cottage.  "I realized that there is a huge population of Boomers and Seniors who need someone to help them with their next move.  The process of sorting through our things was exhausting and emotional.  I would have given anything to have someone show me how to do it, and what to do with the stuff we didn't need anymore."

When Seniors move it is often left up to their adult children to sort and pack their parents possessions.  These children often live hundreds of miles away and it's not practical for them to travel to take care of this process.  Bay Area Move Management will be the "surrogate" child to help you decide what to pack and move, what to leave and distribute, and in general, be the support you need for what can be a very hard job.

Linda Hammond is a Certified Relocation and Transition Specialist (CRTS), and is a member of the National Association of Senior Move Managers (NASMM).

We specialize in move management and downsizing for active Boomers and Seniors.  Linda is also a licensed Realtor specializing the residential property in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Our team of associates are trained to take care of each phase of the move process and make the transition as stress-free as possible.
